Administration

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE UNIT

This department handles all official communication emanating from and coming into the National Office. Members of this unit are the National Head and the Finance and Administrative Officer and, other supporting officers. The Principal functions of the unit include the receipt, custody and disbursement of Church funds in accordance with the financial policy of the Church. It also prepares the final annual accounts, budget, income and expenditure and monthly cash-flow statements of the Church. The unit also disseminates necessary church information to the Church populace, Government and private Institutions.

MEDIA MINISTRY

The media ministry co-ordinates the transmission of the Church’s programmes and activities such as Conventions, Conferences and the Church calendar activities to the general public and the Church populace and fulfils any media need of the Church as situation may demand. Through their activities, they also serve as an evangelical unit in line with the Church’s mission to win the lost for Christ and to establish responsible and self-sustaining churches filled with committed, spirit-filled Christians of character.

AUDIT MONITORING & EVALUATION UNIT

The Audit Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (AME) monitors the day-to-day financial business of the Church and ensures that there is transparency and accountability at all levels of the Church’s administration. It also investigates allegations of financial impropriety that come to the attention of the management and ensures that assets are properly acquired, adequately recorded and sufficiently protected.

VARIOUS DISTRICTS

The Church of Pentecost International, Norway has seven congregations grouped into two districts within the Nation, namely: Oslo District and Bergen District.
Oslo District is made up of the following congregations:

  • Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Drammen Assembly, Oslo Akan Assembly and Impact Assembly.
  • Bergen District is made up of the following congregations: Bergen Assembly, Stavanger Assembly, and Trondheim Assembly.

PROJECTS AND ESTATES DEVELOPMENT UNIT

This unit exists to facilitate the acquisition, documentation, procurement maintenance and protection of the Church’s landed properties and investment projects. It also co-ordinates the execution of major Missions house and Church’s projects.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME

The Oslo district of the Church is now organising “After School Programme” – an educational activity to help broaden the academic potential and social interaction of the children and the teenage in both the Church and the Community. The Programme commences in Autumn 2019.

INFORMATION AND SOUND UNIT

This department facilitates the acquisition, installation, smooth operation and maintenance of ICT facilities; and offers training and technical support services to users. In addition, the unit also compiles and analyses statistical data on the church; and processes the Church’s corporate memory.

The National Head, Apostle Emmanuel Amarh Quaye is the Chairman of the Board.
